I've seen some magazines with some poor artwork of Elvis on the front (a couple of Teen magazines spring to mind), but this artwork is quite flattering and the whole design most attractive. If I'd have been near an American newsstand in 1960, I would definitely have bought a copy or two of this title.
In this edition you can 'meet the new Elvis Presley'!!

Not sure of the publisher of this well put together (for the time) home made magazine, but it contains 70 pages of nothing but shots from Elvis' return to Las Vegas in 1969. "Singing and rocking" indeed!

How much bandwith here some pics dont load right away ?

Not sure but mine always load quickly, although some of mine apparently have been reported as showing the wrong way round although they look the right way up when looking via a smartphone. I don't use a home computer anymore.
