Here is a photo from the cover of TV and Movie Screen magazine, January 1958. This photo was already posted by David, but I think this is a little clearer.

And now I just found this which I had scanned a long time ago. I can´t remember the source.

And this one... Wasn´t this one of the covers on the 7-LP Reader´s Digest box released in the 70s? My Elvis disease practically started with that box set.
