Is this Elvis and Lisa on stage?

#1595138

Post by lovin' EP »

So sorry to bother you guys, but I just found this pic and it said it's Elvis and Lisa. Does anyone know if this is a legitimate picture and when/where it was taken? I never knew EP brought Lisa on stage, so I'm doubting the authenticity of this photo. I'm wondering who the lady down front at the stage is.

I still have my membership so I can look at pictures Sorry the picture is so small.

Elvisly,

Linda

Here's a larger version. It's just a young fan, not his daughter.

Taken at the 6-01-1976 in Tucson:

This is where he quipped, "I'd like to announce I'm running for president." Hence, the import album of the same name.

"Don't tell me to play it. I will when I get ready. Do you understand me?"

Thank you, doc. I thought it looked like Charlotte and I was at this show. Don't remember this particular moment, though.

Here some footage of that concert, as posted by John Borow. A lot of kids, can't recognize this girl though:

..

It looks like this is footage of the full concert:

This is from Tucson June 1st, though.

You're good with dates, I'll change it. What is the giveaway?

Assume these two are from the 3-20-1976 ES in Charlotte?

Those two are from Charlotte, yes. The way you can tell the first photo in this thread is not from Charlotte are the missing wristbands. The fact that it's from Tucson is confirmed by other shots of the same moment...also, in the background, you can see a band member in black, whereas in Charlotte they wore white.

Hi
Isn't the bottom photo taken from the book 'I got ya Elvis I got ya'?

I corresponded with Tom for a short time before his death, and he had told me that this photo was from Tucson and that she was part of a set taken by him because he lived in Tucson.

Sorry Francesc, I just saw your question, it's about Thomas E. Weston who had an "I'm Leavin'" Elvis photo club, in Tucson.
