Vernon Presley, Davada "Dee" Stanley
Sunday, July 3, 1960 - Huntsville, AL

On this day Elvis was apparently boating on McKellar Lake, a telling choice. He later provided a house for them on Dolan Drive, just behind Graceland.

Nothing like an unmarried teenager commenting on a wedding from 48 years ago.

Ben has as much of a right to an opinion as you do.

It's possible to disagree with others without putting them down, you know................

Do you have to have lived through everything you comment on or can you still give your opinion even if it hasn't happened to you??

No one looks very happy in these photos! I've never been married, but I would think that you'd smile once or twice at your own wedding!!

Well, to be fair, the wedding didn't start and end with this photograph. There could have been smiles abounding before and after. Besides, with any wedding you'll find plenty of instances in which neither the bride or groom is smiling.
