Elvis flew into Des Moines and bussed into the Ramada Inn there. He changed clothes at the hotel, and took a limousine to Ames (50 kms north of Des Moines). After the show, he returned to the Des Moines hotel, changed clothes and bussed back to the airport for the flight into Oklahoma City - Thank you to Sugarfoot at FECC for the details and correct date
