Both known images, but the first one is less cropped. I also wonder if the original is in color.

Nah. Sir Tom invited him up, as he did at least a couple of times the year before. There are photos.
This time, he knew Elvis wasn't contractually allowed to sing, and knew Presley was tripping on karate at the time, so he let him do a little show-off demonstration.

I wonder since there seems to be such a huge amount of 8mm films floating around of Elvis on stage in the 70s, I wonder if anybody by chance happened to be there that evening to capture this moment. Most likely no, but things have turned up that we never knew existed before, so you never know...

Poor elvis was not in a good place.Strange behaviour indeed.I wonder if the band played anything to compliment his moves.From these images I would suggest not.More like,what the hell is going on.
