Damn, you are soon going to force me to dig through my garage and find my copies of "Elvis The Record"!The fool wrote:The Trophy

This is a sweet little anecdote, and I do feel Elvis really appreciated these friendly gestures. And it is always kind of a thrill to read of those times where he would really hang out and just chat with his fans.
Thanks for posting this. Also note, the photo of Elvis is reversed -- he is actually on the driver's side of his car.

It's also mentioned in the story:The fool wrote:I did not notice that. Thanks for the correction!drjohncarpenter wrote: Thanks for posting this. Also note, the photo of Elvis is reversed -- he is actually on the driver's side of his car.
By that time Elvis had gotten into the car and scooted behind the steering wheel. He rolled down the window and with a grin said, "What'cha got for me?"
