From the August 1964 issue of Modern Screen magazine.
Elvis left me in the middle of the night
Did Elvis really date this actress Karen Conrad, or is this just publicity for their movies?

Re: Elvis & Karen Conrad (Modern Screen, August 1964)
Another interesting article. Actress Karen Conrad would not have delivered such a detailed story to the media had Elvis not stopped dating her. Her career was oddly short. She made just two films, small supporting roles for the great Sam Fuller, "Shock Corridor" (1963) and "The Naked Kiss" (1964).

What happened to her? As noted in the magazine, she was engaged to Bob Mitchum's son, Jim, but they broke up before the nuptials.
