#2 appears to be October 13, 1956 at the Houston Coliseum
#3 appears to be Oakland June 3, 56
The others appear to be correct for the hometowns listed except for the obvious Tupelo one and I'm not sure about the one by the girl from Long Beach. Never saw ones of him there dressed other than performance clothes.
