Drive My Car (Take 4 / Basic Track Without Overdubs)

Recorded on October 13, 1965, this version is without the overdubs, after recording the original take 4, they began to record the overdubs of the piano, guitar and especially vocals, to give the final take.

Think For Yourself (Take 1 / November 8 - 1965)

Take 1 was a backing track without the famous opening fuzz bass riff, which was overdubbed on later days to add vocals.

Good review by Parlogram on The Beatles White Album variations and what he says are the 10 best.

Of particular interest are the two White pressings on vinyls - one from germany, one in China !

Is It Time For A 2023 Beatles EP Collection Box Set?
It's been over 40 years since the original EPs collection was issued and we think its high time for a new one. In this video we discuss how and why it should be done plus what bonus EPs could be added to make this a wonderful collector's set.

Hey my friends, Listen to this... and grab your head phones because this is markedly improved from the original 1977 vinyl, TRUST ME

The Beatles live at the Star Club Hamburg, December, 1962.
Now demixed and remixed in super-wide full-dimensional full-frequency STEREO!!!

Source: Lord Reith’s MONO “Magnetophon Band” mixes

Very fascinating insight on the history of The Star-Club Tapes by Andrew (Parlogram Auctions)... Interestingly where Andrew talks about E.M.I label had released officially the "Live at the Hollywood Bowl" album but was upstaged by the bootleg two vinyl album, 5 days earlier in april, 1977.

The FULL Story of The Beatles @ The Hollywood Bowl | 1964 - 2016

Capitol recorded The Beatles at the Hollywood Bowl, THREE times - once in 1964 and twice in 1965. Selections from these recordings were released as a million-selling album in 1977. It was later remixed and expanded in 2016 as a companion to Ron Howard's 'Eight Days A Week' film. In this video, we look at how Capitol recorded the show and the issues they faced and how George Martin created a chart-topping album from the scream-filled tapes. We also compare it to Giles Martin's remix and how it stacks up against the original.
