Was Elvis really going to redo the Jungle Room?

Apparently Elvis was going to re-decorate the den, but I find it highly doubtful - can someone shed a light on it, please?

I heard this somewhere too. I read Gingers book that came out, Ginger was not really fond of the Jungle Room so I guse it was all her idea and Elvis wanted to keep her happy so yea....

Yes they were. Regardless of whether Elvis had married Ginger or not, he had plans to redecorate the whole house.
His plans also included dismissing most of those in his entourage.
