An addendum to your post. I heard today that pursuant to the terms of the merger agreement, the current holders of the two companies can waive the 6-month moratorium on the sale or pledging of the stock Trump will own (about 60% of the merged entity) once the company goes public on Monday. That is likely to happen and the value of the stock he will own is slated to be worth $3-4 billion.
