Lazy Easter Saturday... Elvis Is Back MONO sound comparison with the first USA, UK and German pressings. I am amazed by how well the German version sounds...

Currently it's Kissin' Cousins (UK stereo, 1977) and have also recently played a UK orange label stereo pressing of Elvis Is Back.

A great sounding and quiet pressing on yellow colored vinyl by music on vinyl.
Also the different songs and listening pleasure of this album is more pleasurable then i remembered. All in all a great reissue of "Elvis Now"

Have to agree 100 percent bought this when it came out but had not played it till now.
Excellent sound and quiet pressing could hear instruments never heard before.
You would think it was a Japanese pressing its that good.

Re: Last Elvis Album (LP) You Listened To Was?
I've been listening today to Elvis in Demand. The version I have is the 1982 reissue with the blue label. I used to have the original yellow label release, and I don't remember it ever sounding like this. This blue label version is one of the best sounding (vintage) Elvis LPs I've heard. I'm not quite sure why that is, or why it should sound better than the original release (providing it does - I haven't heard the yellow since I sold it back in 2005).

Accused of being "a nerd in his 20s." I wish.

An RCA INTERNATIONAL Boppin Bob of Elvis Country. It's making the Everton game somewhat more palatable.

Since all my vinyl is stored in boxes, I've decided to revisit Elvis' albums chronologically via my 8-track collection. Tonight I listened to this one:
Elvis fan. From Sun to Sundial.
