Poll: Moody Blue - 1977 Master or Undubbed "OMOE Volume 3" ?
Which is your go-to version on "Moody Blue" - the 1977 Master or the later Undubbed longform that finally saw a release on the Our Memories of Elvis series?
I'm picking master but, by the same token, ever since the undubbed surface unofficially, i really wished that Felton Jarvis should have made it with a more longer fade-out during his overdubbing process (maybe 20 but no longer than 30 seconds).

Overdubs.
Accused of being "a nerd in his 20s." I wish.

I definitely prefer the version released on the album and single. So obviously I prefer the overdubs. A really good recording by Elvis and for me at least, the overdubs work.

I prefer the complete overdubbed master first released on Live,Live,Live DVD/CD and
then later by the Venus label.
A little too long but thats ok by me.

I voted undubbed. The syrupy strings obliterated any "balls" the song had.

Undubbed
It's 800 miles from my house to Graceland, but I'm always up for making the trip!

The overdubbed version hides the singer's shortcomings. So I vote for the released version.

Hey my friends, I think I just found it looks like it's the only one that's available online, a part of Leon's "Moody Blue" long complilation, bless him - the unedited master with overdubs, right?

Another great one….imo…is the complete She Thinks I Still Care (unedited master)
The easiest way to get them on a quality boot is probably this one:
