I asked Graceland to post a sample of the fragment which wasn't a part of the original audio/video sample they posted, which they kindly did for me and there it appeared!

FTD can do this by doing it the way they did it with the CD box:The complete Elvis masters.
Make 1000 vinyl boxes with the book that comes with the :Boy from Tupelo set.
Updated with new found songs information.
This would be an great way to do it.
And very expensive too especially with the book and a run of just 1000. Not sure I can see that idea being approved.

There is no way a 1000-copy reprint of the FTD book A Boy From Tupelo gets a green light. The rest of the idea is just as far-fetched.

why are they auctioning all this stuff? sorry, might be a silly question, but I kinda don't understand their policy in handling these audio documents...

It depends who you think "they" are, it's certainly not EPE, they are merely hosting the auction. The owners can chose to keep or sell what they own as they wish, no policy required.
Thank you for the link. Man, Sun acetates are growing on trees in 2018.
According to the description, there is no "announcement by Sam," it is simply a piece of tape with the message, attached to the disc:
Elvis Sun acetates almost never come up for sale. I've had this one for years and the time has come to sell it. Sam Phillips attached a piece of tape that says " ELVIS MILKCOW." The tale is above the spindle hole and is surrounded by a triangle of other holes used to anchor the acetate during recording. The label has Audiodisc 4254 printed in red inside the arc created by the 3 triangular holes.

Like "Graceland" did when they lost the bid ($300,000) on the original My Happiness/That´s When Your Heartches Begin acetate to Jack White (Nashville Singer/Producer)! . Bye for now .

There are a lot of errors in your post.
Jack White is not known as a "Nashville Singer/Producer." He was born in Detroit and began his music career there, playing in underground garage rock bands. He eventually formed a duo called the White Stripes, making music heavily influenced by blues and punk rock, which brought international recognition. About ten years ago he moved to Nashville with his then-second wife and family.
"Graceland" has, to the best of my knowledge, made no statement about any Presley auction.
The private bidding for the 1953 "My Happiness" acetate in January 2015 began at $50,000 and 21 bids total were received. Not one of them was identified, including the winning bid of $300,000.
Two months later, Billboard magazine revealed it was White who placed the winning bid.

..... I have contacted Ernst regarding these acetates and the false start.
Kevan Budd.
Thanks Kevan for the great find. I have not seen this posting from 2018 till now. If you are allowed to answer, what has Ernst said about it? Is Sony/Ernst in general interested buying such rare things to release them? If yes have they a limitation to bid?
I mean - if I am honest - I am personally not a big fan of listening to Sun era material. Especially not to all the ballads from that time and the ones without drums. But there are a few great recordings made from 54-55. A great part of the Elvis fans are getting crazy listening to them and it was a very importand part/time for Elvis. The Elvis legacy impact is definitly very high, so hard to believe Sony wasn't interested owning it.
By the way "Elvis At Sun" is definitly the best sounding album till now with that stuff. I remember listening to it for the first time, I couldn't believe what you have done there that the material sounds so flashing good. The same with Elvis' first three longplayers, doing such a great work with that very limited time you had to work on it. I wished they would have giving you the order to remaster ALL of Elvis 50s material.
