This is the most distastefully presented Elvis CD that I have ever seen, but it's very rare nonetheless. The front and back cover pictures look like photocopies but this is not the case - the artwork is just of poor quality. The front cover has a black and white "King Creole" publicity photo along with the "Elvis In The 90's" logo. The back cover lists the 10 tracks contained on the CD in Spanish. It also states "Promocional CD - DJ Special - NOT FOR SALE" in English and Spanish. The inside cover lists the songs in Spanish and English as well as the original CDs where each song first appeared. The CD itself is dark grey with light grey print. The only writing on the CD is the title of the compilation and a warning that this is a promotional CD only. It also contains the "Elvis In The 90's" logo as well as the BMG and RCA logos.

The front cover picture is identical to the European "Presley - The All Time Greatest Hits" package from 1987. However, the Argentinean release is presented in one color - a light shade of green. In addition, the title "The All Time Greatest Hits" is replaced by "25 Grandes Exitos". In addition, the titles of the 4 tracks included on this release are listed at the bottom of the front cover. The "Promocional - Prohibida Su Venta" (not for sale) phrase is printed in the top left corner of the front cover. The rear cover only lists the tracks contained on this release. The CD itself is a picture disc using the cover picture as its artwork with black lettering. The disc lists the four tracks and states: "Promocional - Prohibida Su Venta". It also contains the BMG logo at the bottom of the disc.

This first Brazilian promo release is presented in a slim jewel case. The front cover portrays a gorgeous black and white picture of Elvis holding a guitar in the early 1950's. In addition, the 20th Anniversary logo is printed in the top right corner of the front cover. Since this CD is presented in a slim jewel case, there is no back cover and the disc is visible through the jewel case. The inside of the cover insert lists the 4 tracks included on the release. The overleaf of the insert states: "Promocional Invendavel" meaning "Promotional Release. The CD itself is a beautiful picture disc featuring the cover photo but without the 20th Anniversary logo. In addition, the BMG and RCA logos are also printed on the disc. In this case, the disc itself does not refer to the usual: "For Promotional Use Only - Not For Sale" phrase.

On the right side of the disc, we have the BMG logo with the regular warning: "Promocional Prohibida Su Venta".

This 2 track CD is also presented in a slim jewel case. The front cover shows a color picture of down town Buenos Aires. The overleaf of the insert states: "Promocional Prohibida Su Venta". The track titles and the BMG logo are also printed on the cover. The inside of the insert also shows the front cover of the commercial album "A Mi Manera". The two tracks contained on this promo CD are also listed. The CD itself is a picture disc showing a black and white picture of Elvis in his fringe suit. In addition, we also have the BMG logo and the regular warning: "Promocional Prohibida Su Venta".
