I know what you mean with your reservations, Piers, but as someone coming a bit late to the "import Elvis party," I have rather liked all of these new "Legendary" compilations.
I find this one very listenable and I just love Madison's sense of quality in the booklets, the CD itself, etc. They truly seem like something RCA put out in the best sense.
