And Oklahoma City (April 19) can be ruled out as this photo shows.

For what it's worth, I just stumbled across a 2002 auction of Presley memorabilia that seems to imply both of these are from Oklahoma on April 19, 1956. Note they get the show date wrong in their lot description:

(5x11.4cm.), in common mount with a corresponding printer's typescript invoice on Times Journal Publishing Co. headed stationery, dated April 19, 1956 for tickets printed for the second performance of the evening of April 15th at 9.30pm, a corresponding black and white photograph of Presley performing on stage (printed recently) -- 5½x5¾in. (14x14.5cm.); and a typescript letter, signed, on Thomas A. Thanks Doc for your input in this topic. I´m still struggling with those two photos.
I don´t know where they got the info from but the photo definitely doesn´t belong to Oklahoma City, April 19, 1956. And not from April 15, 1956 either (being San Antonio).
Elvis wore his new yellow jacket with black lapels and none of the two photos from this venue show Elvis wearing his new jacket.

Well, we´ll nail this one some day.
