"Kentucky Rain" is released on CD here with original mono mix. The only thing is that it was mastered with two channel head (dual mono) making one channel noisier than the other. The CD seems to have been subsequently released with the stereo version of KR.

There were about 750 of the Red Eaton CD, and about 500 of the Black Eaton CD. They were given out for free to anyone who bought $30 worth of Elvis CDs.

The In-Store Sampler is very rare - probably about 100 made.

The brazilian releases are rare? I have 90% of them, including the mentioned Good Rockin' Tonight series (both on CD and vinyl).
Greg, there's something wrong with your CD cases - the series wasn't released in white cases. You know, the side spine. The originals are black, like a common CD case.
