Is that from colour film stock ?
Looks like 55/56 to me, but there are experts who'll give the exact date.... even tell you if it was am or pm................

That appears to be his Martin D-28 with custom leather cover.
He seems to have on the "Horseshoe" ring as well, putting this circa April 1956.

This is a tough one.
I'd say April 1956 due to the mandarin-collared shirt he wears. He wore these shirts mainly during April 1956.
A WILD GUESS could be at Audubon Drive. I think the wall behind him reminds me a lot of the wall at Audubon Drive in some other photos. But just a WILD GUESS.
