A new photo for me. L-R Lamar Fike, Alan Fortas, Billy Smith, Elvis (which looks like a cut out), Sonny West and Joe Esposito with Colonel sat with the cake. This is interesting, in that it looks to be taken at the same location as the images seen of Elvis playing the drums, (example below and in the main thread) The only date I have is early december, but if there is any further info anyone has with regards to the cake in front of Colonel Parker, it could provide a date?

"They took the team to 20th Century Fox for a visit and Elvis and Millie Perkins were filming a picture - the drama 'Wild In The Country'. I was asked to Pose with Elvis, showing him how to throw a football.I was nervous as a kid. I asked him if he was going to the game, and he said,"The last time I went to a game,it took 75 cops to get me out"

Barbie, you are absolutely correct about the first image. The original print must only feature Parker with Elvis' "Memphis Mafia" pals.
davide, the shot of Parker with Lamar Fike, Alan Fortas, Gene Smith, Delbert "Sonny" West and Joe Esposito seems to date to perhaps the time of the film's first "wrap" party in December, and may have something to do with his oddball, tongue-in-cheek fraternal order he called "The Snowmen's League of America," as the cake on the small table in front of him appears to be adorned with snowmen.
