It says To Dominick (not the bull)
He could be Dominick Seminerio,( but I do not know which of the two)of the camera and electrical (grip) department of the studio.

The photo was taken June 10th on location at 3200 Valhalla Drive, Burbank. Elvis is with Capt. David S. Parkhurst (left), Military Advisor for G.I. Blues and 'Grip' Dominick Seminar.
