This is incorrect.
The single-disc digipaks are used for standard FTD releases, like the upcoming [b]Stay Away, Joe.
The one- or two-disc, gatefold sets are special, "deluxe album" editions, added to the label in 2003, starting with Fun In Acapulco.

The single-disc digipaks are used for standard FTD releases, like the recent From Hawaii To Las Vegas. (WHERE IS STAY AWAY JOE) or was that incorrect??

These deluxe FTD releases have been ramped up in recent years because much of the hardcore fan base has "turned the sharp corner of fifty."
Hope this helps.
