Why?

He's too old and fat to play now.

He shouldn't have come back to play with Washington.

I hated to see him on another team other than Chicago.

He had the perfect ending hitting that last jumper to win his 6th ring.

That was the perfect ending to his career.

He tarnished it when he came back last time. :(

He's not coming back to the NBA as a player.

I agree with you 100%.
All athletes should know how to quit while ahead.
And by the way the name is Michael, not Micheal.

Michael Jordan is trying to get back to his playing weight-

http://www.greenbaypressgazette.com/usa ... =sportsmod

"At the age of 40, while playing for the lowly Washington Wizards, Jordan averaged 20 points per game. He had little to no surrounding talent. Of course, that was 10 years and however many pounds ago. A decade later, if he did have a player such as Bryant or James in the same backcourt, could Jordan still play the game he helped keep relevant for so long?"-www.bostonsuperblog.com

"Looking back, Grover always wondered how differently that first season with the Wizards would've gone had those broken ribs suffered in a pick-up game had never happened. "That injury playing with Ron Artest really set us back, almost three months, I think," Grover says.
[Related: Top 50 Michael Jordan moments: Nos. 11-22, including owning a team]
Yet, Jordan played well enough in those Wizards years to drop 40 points at 40 years old, and Grover truly wonders: Could he do 50 at 50?"-http://sports.yahoo.com/news/nba--could-michael-jordan-play-at-50--his-trainer-is-ready-if-he-does-003920978.html

Like it say's in one of the link's, Micheal is trying to get down to his playing weight of 218 pounds, and he was at 261 not too long ago(?)according to one of the links and dropped 13 pounds to get to 248.8)

That doesn't mean he is going to make another comeback.

There is a reason you don't see athletes still playing at 50 years old is because they can't.

Michael Jordan knows it and will not come back.

Michael Jordan coming back? Not a freakin' chance. He was the best ever, without a doubt, but let's not get ridiculous.

He should take a page from Wayne Gretzky and stay retired... but Jordan just can't seem to stay away... and I wouldn't put him in the same class as Gretzky anyway...

He wasn't bad when he came back, but he was a far cry from who he had been. I'd love to see him come back and play one on one with Kareem or Magic or something like that - or shoot hoops with Larry Byrd - or maybe as a token player to draw ratings - but to expect a real comeback? I'd rather see George Foreman make a comeback at 65.

Edit: I know people got on Magic for coming back in 1996, but I liked him just coming back to play just to play. If Michael came back for a year, let him go back to Chicago or to a .500 team and let him have fun. Or have Stern create the Jordan league and him play on that.
