Ebay - new one for me - when and where?

Just saw this on ebay. New photo for me. Almost doesn't seem like Elvis, but then again...? Anyone know any info about the photo? Kind of looks like it could be a Memphis shot, probably at the gates. '73 or '74?

Looks like June-July 1973, Memphis.
