$140 is a bargain for an out-of-print, 500-page, 12x12 hardcover book, with three, best-ever quality CDs of Elvis at Sun.

And yet you still make a request to rip off FTD?

That's really uncool. Ernst is a member here. What do you imagine his feelings would be, reading this?

So maybe they should make a PDF version for computers for lesser cost?

This is a quality product the likes of which we are unlikely to see again. An incredible amount of work and research went into it for little or no profit. It's a bit of an insult to Ernst and his team's efforts to ask for a scan. Save and get the copy you know is available. It will be worth it.

I understand you but I do not agree. What happens with copyright, the costs of the research and the work of years in this great and beautiful project?

Can you also afford the cost of the orthopedic surgery of such a task? "Oh, just commit this crime for me; I can't pay Ernst or you!"

Seriously, it's such heedlessness that is actually CURTAILING freedom of expression on the 'net, so it makes me angry. You have to know what is right and fair, and what is egregiously wrong! If not, it hurts us all.

Doc are u even reading what i sayd ''I Dont have any money to buy it''. if i dont have any money how should i buy it then? i think food is a little more important yes. No Money=No Book. Im already glad i can afford to buy a ftd regular once in a few months.

When i have enough money i would get it. But i only see that happening at the end of this year (where it probably isnt available any more at all)

That's not a judgement, that's a fact, and it's pretty uncool.

I went through some fallow times when I was younger, and I never considered stealing as an option. Instead, I actually skipped a few meals -- and ran up my credit card -- in order to purchase some Elvis items I knew were only available for a limited time.

Stealing or personal sacrifice -- I made my choice.
