This experience featured incredible re-mastered video projected on multiple screens with audio presented in Dolby 5.1 surround sound.


The original performance has been edited to re-create the excitement of being there in-person 40 years ago and will include special footage filmed exclusively for this event.

"Aloha from Hawaii" was beamed live via satellite and seen in over 40 countries by close to 1.5 billion people.

It is regarded as the most watched broadcast by an individual entertainer in television history.

Fans gathered from around the world in Honolulu in January 2013 for 'Elvis Presleys Aloha from Hawaii, the 40th Anniversary Celebration will have the unique opportunity to follow in the king's footsteps and spend time exploring Elvis' Hawaii.

Included during the celebration will be concerts, dance events and panel discussions featuring musicians and actors who performed with Elvis, special receptions and tours of many of the Hawaiian locations important to Elvis throughout his life. From Diamond Head and Hanauma Bay, featured prominently as the backdrops of "Blue Hawaii" Paradise, Hawaiian Style to an excursion along the island's windward side, guests will explore Elvis' Hawaii while celebrating his life and legacy.

According to friends and family, Elvis' fundraiser for the building of the USS Arizona at Pearl Harbor was one of his favorite memories. Elvis fans taking this once-in-a-lifetime journey will take a special tour of the Memorial and attend a screening of a new mini-documentary that explores the concert in 1961, revealing details not shared until now.

In honor of the king's groundbreaking performances in 1973, the governor of Hawaii Neil Abercrombie declared January 14, 2013, as "Elvis, Aloha from Hawai'i via Satellite Day." The governor made the announcement at the Neal S. Blaisdell Center last night during the 40th anniversary celebration. "Aloha from Hawaii" returned to the same place for a one-night only enhanced screening celebrating the concert seen by over a billion people worldwide. The anniversary screening featured re-mastered video projected on multiple screens recreating the thrill of being there 40 years ago to the day. "Aloha from Hawaii via Satellite" helped raise over $75,000 for the Kui Lee Cancer Fund and aired in more than 40 countries via satellite. Fans from around the world gathered in Hawaii, one of Elvis' favorite places to film, perform and vacation, for the 40th Anniversary of "Aloha From Hawaii." Elvis Played At The H.I.C. in Hawaii - on five diffrent occasions -
They were on November 17th 1972 on his Evening show , November 18th 1972
- Afternoon Show - and on his Evening show as well as January 12th and 14th '73 .

When Elvis played on November 18th 1972 on his Evening Show-Japanese Tv Cameras filmed the show -
This would be an event to mark The Aloha Show as this would too be filmed by Japanese Tv Crews -
