According to Linda Thompson's friend Jeanne LeMay, Lisa was brought out to meet her dad after the first Nashville show on July 1st.

After the July 3 gig in Atlanta, Lisa, Linda and Elvis could all head home to Graceland, with Lisa over for her summer visit while her dad was on vacation, and celebrate the 4th of July with all the fireworks and festivities.

No, Parker was on the "outs" with Elvis at this time, due to an April 1973 mishap in San Francisco.

If you notice, Jeanne LeMay appears to be wearing the same outfit at the show as in the photo Linda took of her and Elvis together.

A fun photo. The guy with his back to the camera? I'd say that' s the future preacher Rick Stanley.
