A few years back i put all these tracks onto a double cd was really nice to have them all in the same spot insted of all over the place on different releases.
The one song which wasn't on any cd which also catches my eye is a big hunk of love released on a bootleg vinyl in the 80's which is a rockin version but never released officially

You managed to hunt down all 43 tracks ? Was this before the release of "Burning Love" (1999), "An American Trilogy" FTD (2009) and "Standing Room Only" FTD (2010) ?

What version is that?
Its not the one released on "greatest hits vol 1" LP in 1981 and on cd late 80s in australia?

I think you are mistaking this for the version of "Never been to Spain" which was included on "Superstar out-takes" LP, then "The legend lives on" LP but still to this day, has NEVER appeared on any SONY / BMG / RCA / FTD release.
