I just saw the movie "Joyful Noise" today. She stole the film. Wow, what a talent.
Keke Palmer. She is going places.

Thanks! We were neighbors in Illinois in the early 90's. Her father Larry moved to LA after her role in Barbershop 2 to help her career. She got other small parts in films such as Madeas Family Reunion until she got her first lead role in Akeelah And The Bee in which she won best child actress award. She sent me the Pazzio outfit that she wore in that movie, to go with my other memorabilia movie collection (see the pics below). She also was the Star of Nickelodeons True Jackson, VP She also has a CD dropping this summer, and is now a Producer in film, as well as an Actress. She's currently work on a new move called Virgin Mary - also a lead role. So yes "she is going places"! Although I haven't seen her in over a year, we still keep contact via text messages, and emails.
