That's too bad. Might want to change the thread title so that it reads Hagman.

Very sad, a real icon.
His death especially stings as Hagman was so good in the recent Dallas reboot.
RIP to a man who gave a lot of people a lot of pleasure.

Larry fought a long hard battle against Cancer, and its sad seeing him pass.
I remember as a youngster sitting @ home with my folks watching Dallas every Fri night.

Very sad, but not surprised. He had been suffering from liver sclerosis from years of excess alcohol consumption

This is very sad news. He was great.
J.R.: That's what separated us, darlin', Bobby was only involved I was committed.
SUE ELLEN: Isn't that just splitting hairs?
J.R.: No, and I'll tell you the difference. You take ham and eggs, the chicken that lays the egg is involved, the pig the meat comes from is committed.

Another famous JR quote : "In Life, Sometimes You're The Windshield and Somethimes You're The Bug. I was always the spotless windshield and you're the bug I don't need."

Larry Hagman was such a great talent. I will miss him. The new "Dallas" was surprisingly good and I looked forward to the next season. Heck, I was hoping for another decade with JR! Loved him also in "Fail Safe" "Primary Colors" "Nixon" and "SOB". Rest In Peace.

I know, it's gone for the 'mid season' break in the UK, coming back into the New Year. I was wondering how much filming had been done for the second half.......

Six episodes were filmed and it's being reported that Larry Hagman will be in those episodes.

Jeez It's bad enough that
Fail Safe is not on YT but now I find
A Howling in the Woods which co-starred Larry Hagman has been taken off You Tube.
