Well, this got past me - great, *familiar* Bruce "Elv" track

They released a project on Bruce Springsteen called "The Promise: The Darkness On The Edge Of Town Story." And I never got it, and I didn't know about this! Very cool. And very helpful, too!

This one got past me!

It's essentially the same thing as "Bye Bye Johnny." A workout on it. Neat.

From "The Promise: The Darkness On The Edge Of Town Story"

I don't have it. I want it.

"Come On (Let's Go Tonight)"

Put on your black dress baby, and put your hair up right
There's a party way down in Factory Town tonight
I'll be going down there if you need a ride
Come on, come on, let's go tonight

How many men fail, their dreams denied
They walk through these streets with death in their eyes
Now the man on the radio says "Elvis Presley died"
Come on, come on, let's go tonight

Well now some came to witness, now some came to weep
Drawn by death's strange glory, they stood in the street
Drawn together forever in the promise of an endless sleep
Come on, come on, let's go tonight
Baby, come on, come on, let's go tonight
Da da da da da da da
Da da da da da da da da
Da da da da da da da

Enjoy! (The uploader had a lot more pictures than music, apparently. I dunno.)

rjm (I waited to buy the tickets for his Honda Center appearance, 'till I had more money, and now I done spent the money on that Phablet, which I love, but . . . I don't think I can afford the tickets. And he's coming right down the block! :smt022 )

Thanks for the links. I didn't know about FECC yet, and had barely functioning dialup access. I spent December 2010 both in the hospital, then laid up. The whole month. Before that, I was sick, which is why I was there. We did do Thanksgiving in Florida, tho. It helped me to get though it.

I got a Kindle for Christmas. So after both computers gave up the ghost, after I had signed up here in the middle of the night, I got hooked via Kindle.

Ironically, this message comes to you via Kindle Paperwhite.

Maybe Bruce will see my story and send me free tickets?

But, seriously, thst's what happened at that time. I'll get the set as soon s possible. Thanks again. :)
