Uncropped yes, but better quality? It may not have the scratches but it's pixelated and obviously blown up from a much smaller image. Comparing the two as shown on this topic, I'd rather download the image showing some wear and tear.

An original print depicting Elvis, circa Fort Hood, Texas days in uniform standing among other soldiers in what appears to be an ARMY base facility. The date stamp on the right border (from when the photograph was developed) reads "May 1958," verso is signed in blue ballpoint ink "Elvis Presley." (Please note there are numerous wrinkles on the surface, the lower right corner is missing, there is a fold mark on the left side, and both the front and back show yellowing due to age.) 3.5" x 5".
