I was going through my files and came across this photo. A governor perhaps? And what's the badge? Elvis is wearing on his jacket? Any details would be very much appreciated.

Thanks funkman, why do I think the first pic with the sexy blonde was taken in Memphis, I'm guessing Dec of 1970, I'm going by the EP's attire and hairstyle only. Perhaps it was the same day that EP and all of the MM had their pics taken, you know the one, with EP sitting in the middle on a chair. Perhaps it was at the sheriffs office, I can't remember.

You are referring too Sonny and Judy West' wedding reception, held at Graceland, 28th of December 1970,
but as you can see Presley had a black shirt on, so we can count that night out !

Tits McGhee, I don't know if the FBI had a headquarter in L.A. but the phot is form Los Angeles December 1970. You can see the words "City Of" and the the beginning and end of Los Angeles on the flag to the right.

The photo of Elvis with the blond was taken the same day he took the photo with the Los Angeles Cheif of police. She is his secretary.

The question is the same: who is this man? Vernon? Jesse? (I suppose it's Jesse because of the rocking chair).
