Those were sold recently by Gail Reaben and were from her friend Marty's scrapbook. They were likely taken by either Carol Golemon or Joan Putnam, my guess is Carol.

So I take it that these are not found in the "Boy from Tupelo" book?

"Boy from Tupelo" covers 1954 thru December 1955.
I believe these photos were taken in or around March & July of '56 as marked on photo.

Right, like Cristi pointed out, March. July was just the processing date on one of them and the 5x7 format suggests Carol to me. She told me she usually had hers printed that size.
