It's not just how her eyes look, but what she is wearing.

Priscilla always sported the hippest gear -- what she has on in the photo with Vernon and Dee is clearly circa 1967. This may also be said of what Dee has on, the hat and dress are of the era as well, and her hairstyle also reflects the period.

Only if one knows nothing about the major changes in women's fashion between the pre- and post-British Invasion eras would 1963 be suggested.

Another possibility is this was a party for Dee's 39th birthday (June 16, 1967). Again, it is certain Elvis would not have been there, for personal and professional ("Speedway") reasons.

Similar to how she looked in that photo with her and Elvis at the beach in 1963.

If i'm wrong i'm wrong but to me she looks different and much younger in the face than she did in 1967.

I agree that CIlla looks young on the Dee and Vernon pic, found a colour copy and her earings look early 60's to me!
You can also compare a 1963 (Kissing cousins) picture looks like the same time.
