This theater is 15 mins from my house and I will not be going. I encountered Jerry once in NYC in the early 90's. A very nasty & egotistical man. Too bad Dino had to buy the farm.

Well...he does have that reputation doesn't he. I can't imagine what kind of performance he's going to give but then again I don't really care, would just like to see him in person. I did see Don Rickles a few years back and I think he and Jerry are about the same age. Rickles killed it! He was amazing and I'm glad I got to see him.

I just saw Jerry Lewis in LA a couple weeks ago, speaking about his career behind the camera and his work on the technical side of film. I was expecting to get the moody, ego driven Jerry we all have heard about but instead he was warm, charming and hiliarious. To see (and hear) him do all that "flaa-heyyyy!" stuff---he still can nail it. And his wit is all still there. Nice to see him also lose weight from the steroids he took for that apparatus that helps his back. He looks like the old Jerry again.
