The first song is Young Love, but that's not Elvis singing it.

This version is the Tab Hunter version..... A completely different song; I believe Sonny James had a big hit with it also. The 'young love' Elvis was to have recorded was later given to Eddy Arnold?

I really can't understand how an Elvis fan might think this is Elvis. I needed 2 or 3 seconds to realize this was not Elvis singing.
Yes, the guy does sing good but surely not Elvis.

Maybe if you consider the poor sound quality you might understand.

Yes its no surprise, Gail Brewer-Giorgio had the world [well most of it] thinking that really was Elvis on the interview tape ....... so no shock really .......

The only fake home recording that really fooled me as a kid, was the fake-duet of "Moonlight Swim".

That's not Elvis. It's the same hack who recorded "Living To Love You".

Personally speaking, I've never been convinced it was Elvis who appears on this doctored recording.

Don't be silly! Of COURSE it's Elvis!! His voice is unmistakable!!!!

It certainly is!!!! That's why I don't believe it's him on this recording.

that's just crazy!
It's a short recording and incomplete - the bootleggers splice and repeat it and overdubbed a reverb-drenched female vocal. Even the guitar is clearly Elvis playing. NO mistaking it's him!

It's him. 100%

This is the first time i heard it, but i gotta go with swingin', i think its him, looped of course, but the emphasis on "beach" and "lets go" is close enough for me, no idea who the girl is though ?

"Moonlight Swim": that's NOT Elvis singing. Again, on first seconds, when the guy sings higher the part "let's go on a moonlight swim....."
It is obvious it is someone else singing. Elvis wouldn't ever sing like that. He was much better than this... I don't need 2 more seconds to realize this is fake.
