nope, the picture is from 1969-70, and the flame suit was used in 1976, guess the suit was made in 76 to.

It's just a small silk scarf.......

Actually the flame suit was make in 1974 but Elvis did not like it at all and wore it only a few times in 1976. At the time of this picture it was not made yet. Al
