The tune is Love in Bloom by Ralph Rainger and Leo Robin. Jack Benny adopted this as his theme song, although it was introduced by Bing Crosby in the film She Loves Me Not. The blonde looks like Farrah Fawcet, but I'm not certain.

The "blonde girl" is actress and singer Connie Stevens. She was friends with Elvis, too.
