It very well could be, I just copied the info off the listing. Though I feel like the Evansville date could be correct, Elvis' appearance is pretty much the same in this picture:
The photo is from Evansville, and it is taken by Bob Heis. Here is another one from the same camera.

Whether you're black or white, whether you're country, redneck or a freak, young or old, from Moscow, London or Memphis, Elvis Presley will still be the King of rock 'n' roll to me. He really and truly will.

Seller downloaded it off the internet and printed it on some Fuji paper he/she probably got at Office Depot.

Pure bullshit, you really don't know what you're talking about
For your own information, I'm the seller .
I bought the original in Graceland in the early 80's and this copy was printed through a professional lab . Cost me $2 after all the ebay and paypal fees, I will make 2 or 3 usd.
I decided to make a copy of it as it's a nice 76 picture
Do you want to know more ?

Nice to read your update. I hope someone finds your listing and enjoys the photo. But it is fair to say that there are some people who do sell photos like promiseland describes, and think no one will know or care.

you're right . That's why I only sell pictures I like or which may be interesting to other fans . I'm a pro seller but I'm a fan too, something I never forget hence my excellent feedbacks which really make me proud.

As Doc stated I do know what I'm talking about.
It may have been helpful and not as mis-leading if you would have added this additional info to your listing to help set you apart from those who do sell such bogus items that are 10 and 12 generations down from the originals since yours would be a more quality item.

I could make so much more money as a seller but at least I can look at myself in the mirror

Yes it's always a good feeling when you have been honest with someone. I really do believe you are an honest seller and have edited my earlier comment which you indeed did not deserve.
You and you family have a Merry Christmas!
