Is May Mann a member of this forum?

"Elvis was never in better form physically. He is hard and muscular with good color. Vocally his voice is at its peak of perfection, in spite of an occasional slight hoarseness on some numbers due to his recent bout with the flu.
Elvis was clearly 100% on form in every respect at the Monday, September 2, 1974 CS.

Thank you for sharing this with us.

I have referenced this article a couple of times. I had that original movie magazine from the time. The story was also in May Mann's book.

Does anyone have copies of the articles that Elvis actually referenced during his 'monologue'? Do they / did they exist?
