Mistaken MSG Photos.....
Here's a photo that is often mistaken for a MSG photo but it's actually from Evansville, IN on June 13, 1972 and there is also another photo of Elvis in the same suit from the same date that some on FB have listed as being from MSG but I have yet to find the photo in question:
