Came across this picture in an old magazine I had. Sadly no information with it. Can anyone shed any light on when and where it was taken?

That was taken on March 19, 1957 at Audubon Drive.
8 year old Carolyn George from Cleburne, Tx. had saved her allowance since the previous October to buy the stetson for Elvis and then asked her nanny, Mrs. Hughett, to bring it to Memphis and finally to Elvis.
