At first glance I thought it was circa May 1965, during the making of "Frankie and Johnny," but that hair screams "Spinout," circa February 1966:

I'd agree on 1966 but I think its later than "Spinout". I have it listed as August 1966 around the time of "Double Trouble" (July/August) where he's seen wearing these waistcoats casually. Here is a picture from August 3rd.

The problem is, Elvis was much thinner by summer 1966.

Yeah, I think that's definitely the Spinout cut, too...

As for brbiedoll66's question about Priscilla.....good eye. Could very well be.
