Tuxedo color photo, July 1st 1956

This is from an old Canadian magazine Elvis Presley, un document unique. It´s the first time I remember seeing a color photo of Elvis wearing tuxedo on the Steve Allen show. I don´t know if this is rare or not, but I have not seen this anywhere else. Probably this is Al Wertheimer´s photo, because I found another one on EPE´s site.

It was requested, as per a camera and microphone rehearsal.

Elvis needed to say, "Ain't happenin'" a little more often.

That last photo is cool because you can see what time the camera rehearsals were: 4:00 PM ET.

Elvis went on the air live at 7:00 PM ET, three hours later.
