It is indeed from the same date, Wednesday, February 27, 1957.

Forgot to mention that all the photos on this topic so far are not from a Paramount set, but on location at a ranch in San Luis Obispo, CA, owned by Roger Jessup, a Los Angeles county supervisor and well-known dairyman.
