May 1956 backstage?

This photo is totaly new to me. I said May 56 becose he wear this shirt on May 28 photos at Audubon Drive. To me, this looks much more like June 56...

Perhaps it's from the Texas tour in October 1956. Those sideburns are mighty long and thick.

Looks, indeed, like October, but the shirt doesn't fit to any show from Texas tour - on October 14, 1956 afternoon he wear a t-shirt, not a shirt (see below)

I just thought I had it all figured out with the first photo.
I was about to say it was from Houston, October 13, 1956 due to the pipes in the ceiling.
Then I noticed the ring on his right hand. That´s his horseshoe ring and on the October tour he wore that ring on his left hand and none on his right hand.
Since he wears the ring on his right hand it´s after June 5 but before September 23 as he wore two rings on his left hand and none on his right hand when he was abck in Memphis during the last week of September.
I believe the photo is from backstage at a show so that would actually bring it down to the late June tour or the August tour of Florida.

I don't think this is from August tour becouse we don't have a single photo with white jersey shirt, he wears only simple white shirts (and the one with dots from August 6 and 9) And it's very hot in Florida in August, i don't think wearing a jersey shirt is a good ideea...
I think this is from late June tour, like Brian said, and, to be more precise, from Atlanta, Ga., Paramount Theater, June 22-24, 1956 (eventually from June 22)

From Atlanta Journal-Constitution, June 23, 1956: "Elvis Presley rolled into Atlanta Friday, rocked through three performances at the Paramount Theater and had one of his $15 white jersey shirts ripped off by enthusiastic female fans. The rock 'n' roll artist received a welcome which he described as "great" upon his arrival in Atlanta from his home town of Memphis.
He performed before capacity crowds at all three shows Friday.
A majority of the spectators were teen-age girls.
Presley moaned through seven of the most popular rock 'n' roll tunes, including "Heartbreak Hotel" and "Blue Suede Shoes," at each of the Friday shows. He was dressed in a green jacket, black trousers, white jersey shirt, black tie and black and white shoes."
