Here are a few "new to me" photos of Vernon & Gladys. The ones of Gladys with her friends...were probably taken during the 1940's. The closeup one of V & G...could be their wedding photo...since they look very young & are wearing fancy dressup clothes.

Elvis so resembled his mother in '76 and '77. He had to have seen her looking back at him through the mirror.

Very rare to see Elvis' mom smiling.

A few of these are new to my eyes. Thank you for posting them. The 5th image is so retouched, though, it looks as though Vernon -- is it him? -- is a recovering burn victim.
