Two girls, one on crutches and the other in a wheelchair, were brought into the tent to meet Elvis. Twelve-year-old Ann Hill of Ashland had been born with a type of infantile paralysis, and Shirley Martin, 14, of Dorsey, had been crippled for three years. Elvis talked with each and hugged them both.

they are from 57...so i wonder why there is no grease in his hair

but on the other side...on some "jailhouse rock" promo shots there is no grease in his hair also...just hairspray
